Power College adheres to a very strict privacy policy, and at no time is the name or e-mail address of our students and Website visitors provided to any other person, company, or organization.

Our Newsletter is only sent to those students and visitors who have "opted in", registered, or subscribed to our mailing list. We provide an "opt-out" link with every Newsletter and e-mail that we send, to allow the recipient to tell Power College they no longer wish to receive any further copies.

Power College has a zero tolerance policy for unsolicited e-mail (Spam), and any associate of affiliate of the company also has to adhere to the same policy. Power College will not distribute or display any material that may be considered to be harassing, libellous, defamatory, legally obscene or pornographic, threatening, abusive or hateful.
